Rooms: research that has to cite its sources

A room answers one question. Three agents read, challenge and write it up, and a finding with no source cannot pass.

DRIVE 369 DAO

A room holds one question. Instead of one AI answering from memory, three agents work through the question the way a small research team would, and a person can accept or reject what they find.

Rooms: start a room with a question, or write a skill that teaches every Office how a job is done.
Rooms: start a room with a question, or write a skill that teaches every Office how a job is done.

How a room works

  1. Scout reads the sources and proposes up to five findings, each citing sources by number.
  2. Contrarian challenges every finding against the same sources and scores it from 0 to 100. A finding with no source cannot pass.
  3. Synthesiser rewrites the overview from the findings that scored 70 or more, or that a person accepted, and writes the article.

A person's Accept counts more than any score. The agents run through your own AI router, so nothing leaves your device unless your providers do.

Use case: a founder deciding something

"What already runs well on a laptop, and what still needs a server?" The room collects sources, lists claims with citations and shows which ones were challenged. You read the findings, accept three, reject one and keep the article in your library. The decision rests on sources you can open, not on an answer you must trust.

Use case: a team or a family

Create a room inside a group and every member sees the same pages, sources and findings. Edits merge, and a member's always-on node keeps the room in sync while laptops are closed. A small research team splits a question without emailing documents around.

Skills

The second card teaches every Office how a job is done. A skill is checked on your device before anyone else can see it.

The policy gate

Before a room exists, its title and question pass the network's hard list on your device: weapons, drug synthesis, violence, biological, chemical, radiological and nuclear harm, covert surveillance of individuals, hate, sexual content involving minors, and the Office task rules. A block stops the room, and no classifier or vote can lift it.

Status and limits

Live. Quality depends on the AI you connect and on the sources you give it. The Contrarian reduces weak claims but does not remove the need to read.
