DAO: one voice per member for what the network stands for
The kernel board decides values; the Governor decides money. Read everything without a wallet, vote with one voice.
DRIVE 369 DAO
The DRIVE 369 DAO is where members decide what the network holds as its root. Every member's Ghost reads the kernel before it answers, so what people adopt together shapes how personal AIs behave. The page is public: anyone can read every proposal and every count without a wallet.

Values are one person, one voice because they are about people, not capital. Anything that moves value or changes a contract parameter is token-weighted, with delays and a veto, because it is binding and costly to undo.
The founding kernel
369 proposals, 41 in each of nine spheres: Unity, Body, Mind, Knowledge, Technology, Superhuman, Harmony, Earth and Trust. Each is a plain sentence. For example, Knowledge reads: people own what they know, and every answer shows its sources and says when it does not know.
Use case: a member
You read the proposals on Technology and find one you disagree with. You connect a wallet and vote For, Against or Abstain, or open a new proposal of your own. What the community adopts is what every Ghost reads before it answers.
Use case: a company building on Ghostdrive
You rely on the network's rules about privacy and agents. You can read how they are decided and take part, rather than hope a vendor keeps its terms.
Status and limits
Live on the Base Sepolia testnet, not audited. A voice is one wallet with DRIVE locked, so voting needs a wallet. The founding text is verified on the page. Amounts, rules and timing are decided by the DAO and may change. This is not an investment or financial advice.
